Betsy has lived in Central Illinois all of her life, but has been blessed by the many opportunities God has given her to have relationships with international people throughout the years. She was a board member of a Registered Student Organization during her years at the University of Illinois and had the joy of encouraging international students as an English conversation partner. She now participates as the Partner Care Provider, which fits her desire to welcome and connect individuals and build loving community among them. She and her daughter participate in many of the events and delight in getting to share Christ’s love with the students.
